Terms of Use

Playmania Arcade (playmaniaarcade.com, including any Playmania Arcade mobile app) is operated by AI Canadian Solutions ("we", "us"), based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are a minor, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
1. The service
Playmania Arcade is a free, ad-supported directory and player for browser games, plus a game-news feed. No account is required. We may add, change, or remove features (including any future store) at any time.
2. Third-party games — provided AS-IS
The games on Playmania Arcade are third-party HTML5 titles created and hosted by external providers and embedded on our pages. We do not develop, own, or control these games. We do not guarantee their availability, quality, safety, accuracy, age-appropriateness, or content, and a game may change, break, show its own advertising, or disappear at any time without notice. The respective providers and developers are solely responsible for their titles, including their content and their data practices (see our Privacy Policy). Trademarks and game titles belong to their respective owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement. If you believe a game infringes your rights, email us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the embed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post comments that are abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, defamatory, deceptive, or spam, or that contain personal information about others;
- manipulate votes, likes, or ratings (including via automation, proxies, or repeated self-voting);
- use bots, scrapers, or bulk tools against the site, attempt to bypass rate limits or moderation, or probe or attack the service;
- use the share form to send unsolicited bulk email or enter someone's email address without their knowledge;
- rehost, hotlink, or commercially exploit the games or our pages, or misuse the site in any unlawful way.
4. Comments and submissions
You are solely responsible for anything you post. By posting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate it on the site. Comments pass automated moderation and may be held, edited for display, or removed at our sole discretion, without notice. We may block IP addresses that abuse the comment or voting systems.
5. Future store and purchases
If a store launches, purchases will be subject to additional posted terms at checkout, with payments processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise there, prices will be as displayed and applicable Canadian taxes will apply.
6. No warranty
The site and all games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Canadian Solutions and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or any third-party game. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CAD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Canadian Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your comments or other submissions, your misuse of the site, or your violation of these terms or of any third party's rights.
9. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or block your access to the site (including by IP) at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the service or its users. Sections 2, 4, and 6–10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute, subject to any consumer-law rights that apply where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the effective date above changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
